Lats Niebling Sorry but that's not true. Poles aren't complaining and the deal between them and the US is going as written. (they made the deal of changing T-72 for Abrams long before the war started). Also, the NATO has the biggest military industries in the world, so the point is, if NATO is decided to full on support to Ukraine we can expect Leopards 2 or any other equipment of NATO in ukrainian hands, so numbers and quality, it all depends on NATO.

@beyondrecall9446 Most of the Russian troops are in Ukraine, there aren't many soldiers left in Russia. Just check the total number of soldiers and compare with how many Putin announced he was about to send to Ukraine.

@TrailRider1200 If Kiev was a feint how was it successfully? They nailed down troops mainly from the TDF of Kiev area, who were the troops that precisely had the mission of protecting Kiev. Also, during the "feint" at Kiev, the Donbass front wasn't precisely quite, the DPR and LPR were in the offensive, nailing down the professional units of the Ukrainian army.

As I said previously, most trained troops in the ukrainian armed forces were pinned down in the Donbass because the DPR and LPR were at the offensive at the same time that the "feint" or "raid" was going on. Meanwhile, the troops defending Kiev were mainly from the TDF, which were precisely assigned to defend Kiev... And all of this having in mind the lost in material, men, and prestige of the Russian armed forces. @michelcharron4633 Putin said he wants to desnazify Ukraine, finish the ukrainian Nazi government, and demilitarizy, how can you do that without going to Kiev. Also, we have seen the parade material that Russia sent with his units to Kiev. We have seen how they sent in the vanguard units from the national guard, to manage civilians. Everything points out that Putin thought he could repeat 2014 Crimea.

@ЕвгенийБулыгин-д6ч Time is on the side of Ukraine obviusly. You can train in NATO soil, you can use NATO equipment. You can keep the war going for years. Russia is not gonna conquer the whole country, so Ukraine can just say "No" when Russia starts seeking peace.

Lats Niebling Is not only Germany, is the whole NATO. What makes you think that NATO can't start producing Leopards, javelins etc nonstop? NATO literally have the biggest military industry in the world. Russia would run out of guns before NATO if NATO choose to go full on Lend-Leasse. Also, wouldn't you think that Putin would struggle if NATO missiles start raining on Moscow? It's basically impossible that war breaks out between NATO and Russia, no one wants nukes flying.

@beyondrecall9446 You need to take Kiev to finish the "Nazi" government of Ukraine and to Demilitarizy the country. Putin stated it on the first day of the war mate. Also, it was a defeat for Russia pretty clearly.
