The Ukrainians have always done this, starting with the withdrawal around Kiev at the end of March 2022 when the Russian army was withdrawing, which the West demanded as a condition for negotiations in Istanbul to be possible, in the end the West canceled the agreement reached, and the Ukrainian army declared victory. That is why it is unlikely that the Russians will agree to any agreement until the Ukrainian army first withdraws.

  12.  @duhni4551  No, talking to Europe, Germany in WWII did not call Americans nor the Russians to liberate Germany. In 1991 Russians withdrew from European countries. In 1999 Yugoslavia did not invite NATO to bomb it. If I going to talk about other non European countries NATO killed the most civilians after WWII. Occupier is the mild word for NATO.
