  2.  @duhni4551  No, talking to Europe, Germany in WWII did not call Americans nor the Russians to liberate Germany. In 1991 Russians withdrew from European countries. In 1999 Yugoslavia did not invite NATO to bomb it. If I going to talk about other non European countries NATO killed the most civilians after WWII. Occupier is the mild word for NATO.
