  3. It seems that the Russians also reduced the announcements of their "victories" and Ukrainian losses than let Western and Ukrainian propaganda work for them. Even some in the West noticed this and interpreted that Russia is calm because it is "concerned" about the money approved for Ukraine in America. The Russians continued to destroy the Ukrainian energy and military infrastructure, so the Ukrainian media write that they shot down all the Russian missiles here and there and some, the remains of the destroyed Russian missiles fell in some places and that there were no victims, which is good, but then the Ukrainian media simultaneously announce that it disappeared electricity in five Ukrainian regions.
