  1. Because DW represents American national interests, otherwise DW would not have put this title. Being for Germany means being for the Europe. Currently, it is the same with Hungary and Slovakia.

  2.  @joellee6142  You forgot how Germany tried to occupy the Soviet Union and German soldiers went deep into what is Russia now and killed over 20 million Soviets. When it seemed that the Germans had normalized, the Soviet army withdrew from Germany. The American army stayed. So entire Germany is still conquered.
