The Budapest agreement was violated by the Americans who organized a coup in 2014 and installed a puppet government in Kyiv, and the day after the unconstitutional change of government, all the gold of the Ukrainian Central Bank was loaded onto an unmarked plane that flew to the West. The Budapest Agreement states that none of the signatories guaranteeing the implementation of the agreement may forcefully influence the economy of Ukraine and that the seizure of gold reserves was definitely a violent influence on the economy. Everything is documented.
