  1. NATO and the EU have already signed various agreements with Ukraine . . . while the agreements are being signed, the Russians will do their job . . . and anyway, in a month or two, no one will remember this agreement . . . :)

  2. This agreement will not change anything and it was made now because Zelenski is the President until the end of March, after which there will be no one to sign the agreement. Until the end of March, no one knows what can happen with Zelensky and this allows the West to keep its paw on Ukraine. The West cannot send aid to Ukraine more than it sends, and the West can send its soldiers to Ukraine with or without an agreement. However, this means nothing to Russia.
