Anyone under the age of 21 should not drink or use cannabis until they are disciplined and responsible enough to manage their own academic and/or professional goals, especially in the case that they have no goals, whereby they should not use cannabis/alcohol. Discipline first, then cannabis. Otherwise it becomes a crutch/vice (like excessive gaming/junk food for the body and brain). Cannabis is medicine.
