Create a clear intention statement that you will repeat every day. i will not stay on yt all day 6. Meditate for 30-45 minutes every day. okay 7. Visualize yourself breaking the habit and living your life without it. okay 8. Take action towards your new habit. okay 9. Celebrate your success. okay
