  1. she's totally cute. that's it though. she's not like exceptionally good looking in my opinion. most women tend to dangle onto their youth until it's almost too late whereby they ultimately compromise some of their desires for stability, but i think what makes her unattractive is her selfish demands more than her standards. standards are good, especially if you're willing to ride it out in solitude, but I don't think that'll be the case with her. in my opinion, exceptionally attractive and/or affluent/financially successful women do have the upper hand in mate selection but most guys would probably place her at about a 7. Not even an 8 can get away with that many demands in her late twenties. Maybe a 9 (definitely a 10) could stand firm but most of those get exactly what they want whether it's to date through their twenties or settle down and start a family with their pick of the pack. The really independently rich and exceptionally attractive ones are the ones to make these demands and call the breeding shots, definitely not a mid-twenties 7. She needs to either let up a bit, or get some cats.

  4. she's a confident 7 at best that thinks she's an 8 or 9. she'll lower her standards when it's too late and settle for an old emotionally unavailable rich guy for security.
