  4. unless they were born a female and changed genders and prefer a different pronoun... then they are old men that were once young girls that were tricked into thinking you can change your gender or call yourself an "it," "they," "them," or "he/him" (moral of the story: accept yourself as you are and don't fall for the fads)

  5. he would say that it's not the same country it was @KBrown517 . flags fly upside down now and then. some veterans will talk about it, but it's a very delicate subject because as long as there is authentic honor to duty and God, there's still a 3% fighting chance.

  6. If you talk to a war vet long enough, they'll always find a way to "put a little humor" in their recollections and I fuckin' love it. It's like they want to be humble but they can't help being the badass they really are: 30:19

  7. A true war-hero. I spent some time inside of a V.A. and it was rare to see a WW2 Vet., but one time taking an elevator, a real-life WW2 Vet came rolling in on a wheelchair with his nurse. I was practically starstruck. I actually rode the elevator with him and his nurse till his stop till he got off. These men's presence commanded willing and eager respect from every single person (civilian, staff, or soldier) in the surrounding area. My family is from Poland and in all honesty, I might not be here today had that war gone any different. World would've been a totally different place if these men didn't do the work they did.
