In memory of Tori and all children who are sexually-preyed upon- especially in the instance that coerce/force and/or violence is used rather than primarily manipulatively-subtle and even sometimes gentle or rewarding grooming techniques are employed to gain complicity or acquiescence by a predator to commit offense against said victims: I propose a very surgically advanced and humane procedure (complete with post-operative care and medication) whereby all convicted rapists (especially involving children) have their reproductive organs (testicles and maybe partial-penis/clitoral removal) altered, and in more extreme cases, removed. Furthermore, I encourage the housing and transport and/or co-habitation and intentional and/or unintentional co-mingling of such criminals with other criminals that may or may not reside in the general population.
