  1. actually, only fair market capitalism is ideal. anything hijacked as you have today, where markets and scales are manipulated and molested more than a rich golfer's kids, you're gonna get more of a plutocracy where business and courts and law are all governed by bribery, blackmail, and financial might.

  2.  @michaelrobinson8984  i think he's more bitter at the system that enables corruption than the few lucky or business savvy individuals that have learned how to play the crooked game. learn tax and business law, learn how to lie, cheat, and steal legally, if not, you gotta do something else.

  5. i saw an interview after a similar "devastating fire" where a woman was almost giddy with excitement because she indeed did have fire insurance and during the interview she said something along the lines of how they really wanted to do a renovation and now they were going to be able to- the newcaster even tried to bring back the somber tone they were going for but she pretty much ruined that so they stopped interviewing her and cut to some other people.

  7.  @marketbuy  you must live on a leeward side of a ridge, or in an Intertropical Convergence Zone. the winds were insane in many areas of Orange County on Tuesday and Wednesday.
