  1. movies, and people in general, romanticize prison life as if it is badass and that it makes you tough or more street savvy or something, when in reality, you just meet a bunch of either stubborn fools that "can't" change, or a variety of other unfortunate people that fucked up in life and are finally forced to take a serious look at themselves. most of the population like to pretend as if they are the pitbulls as hard as nails, but 9/10 it's just an act. If anything, you learn who you aren't.
