  2. The rise in homosexuality has a lot to do with the negative effects of environmental pollution upon the hormones of the developing fetus. Harsh but sadly true. Food and water contamination can even cause a variety of hormonal imbalances in children as well. This coupled with modern society's perverted culture can cause sexual deviance and even dysfunction.

  3. the scientific argument would be that it is not beneficial for the survival of the genes/species, but humanity is far from dwindling as a race. social norms also dictate perception. however, a homophobic reaction is irrational and only reflects upon the one who fears the homosexuality. freud would say a homophobe would be a great candidate for hidden homosexual tendencies/desires.
