  1. Those kind of restaurants like to leave you wanting more- literally. I have joked with people after one of these "non-pretentious" expensive meals like... "So... uhh... where do you wanna go eat?" Followed by some agreeable laughter and an inexpensive and filling meal that is more delicious than the fancy pants parsley sprinkled plate wipers could ever provide.
