basically, he's referring to the oath/code of secrecy that him and his boys took/take and telling everyone he won't go under the bus. same thing happened with Harvey Weinstein only Harvey has more connections (and probably money) so now they're trying to back-pedal and say he was not filthy guilty only just a smidge, but the courts still keep the money so he can walk.
