  1. No to a frozen conflict. The ONLY acceptable outcome is Russia getting TFO of Ukraine, returning all abducted children & civilians, the return of POWs & payment in full for ALL damage done to Ukraine.

  2. If Russia collapses, the immediate aftermath will be bad but in the end, individual post-Russian states will never again have the power to act as Russia has for more than 300 years. As for nukes: Without the codes, they're more or less useless, as Ukraine discovered from 1991-1994 & with international help they'll be safeguarded.
