  1. Kellog's 100% out of line here. Russia is at war with Ukraine & thus the chain of command of the Russian armed forces IS a legitimate target, just like a sniper taking out an officer 1,000m behind the front line.

  2. We tried that here in the UK with the Torrey Canyon back in 1967. Tanker had 60,000 tons of crude on board when it started breaking up. Hit it with something like 160, 1,000lb bombs, bombs loaded with aviation fuel, then napalm. Conclusion was, it made things worse, as did the toxic 'detergents' used in an attempt to disperse the slicks.
