  2.  @angrydoggy9170  Back in 2012, I was offered a rolling £200,000 contract for eight months' on, four months off by the government of a sub Saharan nation, supposedly for training their air force in COIN operations. Nice little earner, yes? Not when what was really involved was exterminating a minority who had been repressed, dispossessed & outright murdered for a decade. I declined. That contract was taken up by a 'retired' VVS colonel who fulfilled his role as directed. Don't try & tell me these people don't know exactly what's expected of them, as even in Russia, word gets out. Heck, German collective guilt regarding the atrocities of the Nazi regime was RIGHT, as the German people DID know what was happening but did nothing. There's no excuses for genocide.
