@joshuathompson3325 Militarily, US aid is actually less than that from Europe, especially as US values are based on inflation adjusted original costs, rather than current value.

@heathwirt8919 You appear to have no idea how European nations have ignored history & the need to pay for their own defence. I say this as an Englishman who spent more than 30 years in the service of his country, firstly as an officer, later as a diplomat.
