  2. I have to disagree with your premise population growth is necessary. The planet's already carrying at least 4 billion more humans than is sustainable if we wish to continue sharing the planet with other species.

  3.  @Gusr404  I beg to disagree. I'm 66 & over 50 years, put by enough capital to cover my retirement & still leave a significant amount to my descendents. Most of the people I know have done the same. It's the system which encourages overpopulation, rather than investigating labour saving which is wrong.
