European citizens pay for their healthcare through taxation or national insurance, plus in some cases contributions for treatment. That's why taxes are higher here than in the US. Now go do some basic research.

@josedorsaith5261 Ukraine is a part of Europe. It's being invaded in a war of imperialist aggression. I guess you think Poland didn't matter in 1939 either, when it was invaded by both the Nazis & the USSR.

@RedXlV It's actually $46bn. Note this is allocation, not actually transferred. This is from the Kiel Institute, which is probably the most reliable source. EU has allocated near enough the same.
