Why do you all assume that this person hasn't had a hard life? Having a hard life isn't exclusive to only the older generations, have you guys looked around and seen what the state of the world currently is? Society has been steadily decaying for some decades now and this process still seems to be far from over. The only people I've ever seen which can be argued that they have had an "easy life" would be rich and privileged people

@Yfguu Gen Z are growing up in a world that's gone back a few decades except for technology and it's only going to get worse. This generation hasn't been the one to struggle the most in human history but it'll for sure struggle magnitudes of times more than the previous few ones, back when the American dream was still alive and actually not all that difficult to obtain, compared to today's economy

@rathelmmc3194 Let's not forget that Gen Z is still relatively young and the world is only going deeper and deeper into the abyss, if their struggles aren't enough for you now, come back in a decade or two

@rash9488 The only way I can really define it is "not an easy life". There are just far too many possible causes and difficulties one could go through, so much so that trying to define a hard life doesn't really do it much justice. A hard life doesn't necessarily need to mean being a slave or living with terminal illness, having to go through major dark ages in human history or whatever else

@rash9488 I don't know what you meant in the first part of your comment. On the second one, at least the start of your life seems to have been difficult, dunno about the rest

@Yfguu Never said we have it the worst out of everybody out there, but we definitely have it bad, arguably worse than the more recent generations
