I have no idea if I actually have ADHD or not but I relate very strongly to the understimulated part. Fidgeting around is a 24/7 requirement as long as I'm not intensely focusing on something. Same thing for my mind, I have an entire playlist of different songs handy as well as all kinds of fictional stories ready to be explored for whenever I'm not doing something engaging. Sometimes it's a blessing but other times it's an absolute curse as well, for example, every single time I've tried to study something that I wasn't very interested in my, mind would just gradually start taking my focus away from it and start putting it into one of these things above until I'm completely gone and then I realize sometime later that this has been going on for X minutes/hours, making it virtually impossible to study anything that I don't find particularly interesting. How do you even go about coping with this thing?
