I've had anhedonia/depression since I could remember. Some time ago I fell in love with a person, which made me feel feelings I didn't think I could feel, and it still does, but that person isn't even really interested in getting to know me at all (not even as a friend), despite my best attempts, so I don't know what to do at this point. I don't want to lose them and go back to a life of merely existing, but what can I even do? Every attempt I make to be with them is met with "I'm busy", all the hours I spend thinking of what to do, say and sitting in front of the send button for hours on end just end up being wasted. Am I just supposed to give up and kms here?
