  1. The generation of young people just now starting to enter the workforce complain more and are worse at their jobs than people that have already went through all that 20 years ago. No shit sherlock, this has been the case with every single human generation in history... Also you get what you paid for. If you don't like how your employees behave, maybe it's your own fault as an employer, paying your workers peanuts and expecting a legion of loyal soldiers to the death
