  2. My husband’s sisters husband was a IBM engineer that eventually trained an Indian woman that eventually became his boss. She had no idea what she was doing and was always asking the other workers how to do the work… this started in the late 90’s early 2000’s it took over a decade for the company to realize she had not a clue… Ridiculous this crap is still going on. This was a dude that was brought to other countries to build and teach where the company was headed as a whole
