The idea of carbon credits comes out of Brookings Institute… to put it on stock exchange, some of those people attorneys, it was introduced to Chicago Stock Exchange then NYC exchange and eventually London, then 2008 happened and money was lost, see the narrative is based on wrong data and a lot of money was put in and those people still want to make a fortune on bad ideas and their what you could say bad gambling habits
