  2. Start with someone that deals with deep trauma therapy and add meditation; also a naturopathic doc

  3. He’s not telling you to forget the good, he’s telling people that we should actively learn to deal with our trauma or the negativity we feel from the past and learn to leave it there and move on , than how to practice life’s “ stuff” daily so it doesn’t build up as new things arrive
