No one ever cared about any over due library book before; they knew he had documents and when they were there in June he said anything you guys need let them know speaking to his lawyers! The whole thing is about not wanting him to be able to run for office again because they know he will win! I believe they said they had 4,000+ laws they could dig through to make something stick
