The last doctors that had a well rounded education were basically in the 1960 with some left over til 2000 ish , for trauma or emergency surgery they can be great; example the old way of doing hernia surgery was absolutely superior NO mesh, taught how to properly sew Great Skills and spinal surgery was done without metal better outcomes for one or two level fusion and no way to misplace screws and create more nerve injury
