"Honour democracy" the Brexiters cry. Hmmm. Facebook fined $5 billion. Vote Leave fined twice for breaking electoral rules and exploiting private data. And now they want to prorogue parliament as the final kick in the bollox to democracy. This moneyed mafia are really desperate to have their way.

@ancietman . Clearly all the country doesn't want to remain. Neither does all the country want to leave. We all know the result in 2016, but that was based on the arguments made at the time. That we could be like Canada or Norway. That getting a deal would be easy. That they needed us more than we need them. That Fox would settle 40 trade agreements by 31st of March. In addition, Canada has refused to rollover our exiting arrangements and GATT has been refuted by the WTO itself. So what is actually left? What are we going to get out if Brexit?

@garrybastow1930 . "Small minority" ??? If it's so small why not have a final say referendum? It's probably the only way you'll get the nightmare Brexit you're desperate for. What happens if parliament thwarts the undemocratic proroguing scheme? Brexit will be buggered.
