  2. Intelligence doesn't matter in a guerilla war. Tech is definitely important in a conflict between two conventional armies, but that won't matter since this is a civil war. America won't have real war industry, and all of the resources and tools are on one side. Leftist college education and computational skills won't matter when a city gets cut off.
