  12. They have. Certainly more than California. Californian rap has gone up from 9k in 2015 to over 21k while Texan rap has decreased from 20k in 2015 to 12k in 2021.

  13. Texan rap has gone down to 13,000, down from 20,000 in 2015, when Gregg Abbot came to office. Compare that to California, who constantly brags about its progressive policies but has seen rap skyrocket from less than 9,000 in 2015 to over 21,000 in 2021. Texan crime has consistently decreased since 2015, while California, as we all know, has seen drastic and continued climbing numbers of all crimes.
