  3. There is no choice when addiction is involved. They lost everything because they are addicted. If all they did was have a few beers and some weed every once in a while, they'd have a job and be able to afford an apartment or house. Addiction is the #1 cause of homelessness. We need to spend a lot of tax money on rehab because there is no other way to fix the issue, apart from what asian societies did when they had an opium crisis (just killing addicts)

  4. When people are addicted, they can't hold down a job or take care of their homes. People end up homeless because of drug issues, not the other way around. Those who are homeless and not addicted to anything eventually get off the streets.

  5. What a shit society we live in. We don't have an option. We can't afford rehab for everyone. We can't afford to jail everyone. The best option really is to just let them die instead of handing them thousands of needles and letting them do whatever they want.

  6. Damn right. It's the government that lets this poison be sold in the streets. There are drugs that should be legal, but fent and meth shouldn't be. They destroy lives.
