America, Europe, and modern Great Britain have nothing to do with the exploitation of China. British conquest of China also, was not fascist, as there was no genocide or colonies, which is what differentiates imperialism from fascism. Taiwan is not an American puppet state. Taiwan is an American ally. America needs Taiwanese manufacturing, and Taiwan needs American protection from the CCP. If they wanted to join the CCP, they could.

Does that make China the same as Mongolia, or Japan, or England? No. Equating China to Japan is as wrong as equating England and America. @妮姆芙-o3z What are you talking about? We've never been in any conflict with Taiwan? They don't have to buy our national debt, and they don't have to pay for our army. They pay to buy weapons which American companies make, sure, but you need to understand that outside of Communist China, the government and free companies are completely different entities.

@johnlay3040 You admit that China has to be contained. The CCP isn't content with ruling over the Chinese. They have to conquer Taiwan too. Maybe they'll go after the Koreans too. Then they'll take Japan as well, and then take over all of the south pacific. Why would we allow that? Of course we want to contain China. We won't let free democracies be conquered and oppressed by some all-powerful communist dictator.

Japan was occupied for less time than Germany, and has to pay nothing to America. If they wanted to, they could grow their army since they are after all one of the leading economies of the world, but instead they chose to rely on American taxpayer money to defend them. We might make mistakes, but the government is weak on purpose, so that it cannot simply turn around and run our protestors down in tanks, or lock us down into starvation, like the Chinese government has done and will continue to do. Nothing is perfect, but America is as close as it gets to being a perfect nation, and we are certainly the most free, which makes us the best. A quote which Americans live by, said by Benjamin Franklin, a Founding Father, goes "Those who give up freedom in exchange for safety deserve neither and will lose both." Americans didn't enter Korea until after most of the country was taken over by the northern communist invaders. That has nothing to do with Taiwanese people not wanting to be part of China. Taiwan is not China. Ask any Taiwanese whether they consider themselves Chinese and you will see the truth for yourself. There is literally nothing stopping the Taiwanese government from having Xi over and declaring themselves a province of China. If Taiwan wanted to, they could join China, but clearly, they are a separate free entity that wants to stay independent. What are you talking about "smeared" LMAO America LOVES Japan. Japanese media, Japanese fashion, Japanese movies, Japanese cars, Japanese tools, and all kinds of Japanese consumer products. There is nothing stopping Japanese products from being sold - free trade with the Japanese is very lucrative for them. I have Japanese tools in my garage, hell, even the bidet I use is Japanese lol. The Plaza Accords depreciated American currency which was good for other countries, not America. It was signed by many free nations willingly. All the debt that Japan has to america is because of their dying society. Their economy collapsed in the early 90s and has stagnated ever since, never being able to repay the loans granted to them when they were booming at the rate China is today. A debt trap is when a government gives out loans that it knows another country won't be able to pay, and then uses their debt to secure geopolitical gains. Japan's debt isn't to the US government, but rather to hundreds of companies which invested in it when everything seemed to grow in the late 80s, which then backfired with their collapse in the 90s.

Currently, the Chinese suffer under an authoritarian government while us Americans are under threat of corporations on the brink of becoming the exact same all-powerful murderous entity. I know these news, and so does my family, my community, my people, and the entire libertarian right, which I associate with politically. I don't like corporation or government taking my rights and liberties away, which is why I use Tor, a vpn, and a proxy to assure neither Google nor the Government knows who or where I am. It's bad in China, and it's getting bad here too, but thanks to the founding fathers, I have a right to own firearms and so does the very discontented rest of the nation. Democracy is slow, but ultimately fair. We are voting the corporations out of their spying, and if that fails, there's always what we call watering the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants aka what the Chinese call "the mandate of heaven"
