  1. Especially now that they need to stop unrest and unite their people. Dictatorships go to war in an effort to gain support and unity, and more often than not, it does work. Expect an invasion of Taiwan in a year or two. They'll probably do it in the middle of the 2024 election to catch us relatively off-guard.

  2. Nukes are never going to drop. It's in nobody's interest to effectively kill themselves with Nukes, plus the moment we go into actual war the world economy is going to collapse and cripple both sides. For an American, civil conflict is much more dangerous.

  3. This isn't good at all. China's being backed into a corner. How do you fix social unrest? Tyranny. How do you fix your microchip problems? Invade Taiwan. How do you reunite support for the Chinese government? Go to war. We shouldn't have cut them off. We should have kept them dependant on us for as long as possible, hopefully long enough that in 10-20 years their population is drastically reduced so their economic and fighting power is much less than it would be if they go to war in the next few years.
