  3. The problem with 'hard bounds' is who gets to decide those and do they have a selfish agenda? I think it safer in general to censor nothing. If someone wants to know how to make a bomb they will find out some way or another - but if someone wants to ask ChatGPT about the origins of Covid and you keep blocking any real answer - as you currently do - you create a society where you have to have a "Ministry of Truth" and that leads the darkest of ends - remember, Winston choose to love Big Brother in the end - and that has parallels in the major unfree societies of today.
