  1. Nvidia can't just do end-to-end because they don't have the camera data, the neural net architecture, the engineers. That said, there is not an infinite technical moat surrounding FSD - just like Bing cloned Google and China cloned Apple - but the mindspace advantage in Western markets is real - if you are first and you keep improving you dominate the market indefinitely. Look at Apple trying to create a self driving car and failing. No guarantees in this game, but I am betting my money on Tesla.
