  2. Remember, employees vote as shareholders in Germany. This is normally a good thing but when it requires big cuts they always vote the wrong way.

  3. If I were the CEO of VW I would give Musk a call and offer Tesla 50% of the shares of VW in exchange for open access to Tesla technology.

  15. They never invested in battery r&d. They never invested in automation. So now Tesla and China produce a car twice as good for half the price. It is like Apple and Blackberry.
