  2. Long term Lithium is very much needed. Short term all the US manufacturers (besides Tesla) are switching to hybrids because they can't compete at a profit with EVs.

  3. They never give the battery longevity. Would be nice to have a cheaper chemistry but Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries will last 1 million miles+ (modern ternary batteries good for half that).
