Just an idea - maybe Tesla software can prevent this - AI can easily see if the driver is drunk, tell it is Friday night, tell there are no seatbelts on, tell it is going 100mph in the inner city, tell it is going to hit the curb and so on. If people want to kill themselves let them buy a Ford instead.
