  3. You are missing the point. The point is that if he leaves Tesla, and this is a possibility, it would hurt everyone else more than 55bn - employees, shareholders, government, beneficiaries of government welfare etc. Think about the whole system.

  5. No, because they workers got their agreed salary and Elon did not get his. There was a deal that he lead the company so its share price is 10x - he did that - and shareholders and government were paid too. Only Elon was left sucking hind tit.
