  2. New Teslas with LiFePo4 batteries will last 1.5m miles. Current ones last 500k miles. The Leaf was just early technology (like early cars which would explode) and I feel bad for your friend.

  3. No, timing is just bad. 1. Global car sales for the last year are at about 50% of the year before. 2. Interest rates are high right now so buyers are waiting if they can 3. Robotaxi comes first because it seems to be 10x more profitable than a model 2.

  11. But how often? 10%? 50%? Delays are often just heavy winds or a disruptive passenger. Only if its a Boeing and the panels are falling off might they need to cancel.
