Editing often attracts the wrong audience - those who need to get back to the hustle. Those who are serious about working on themselves have time and patience and so will listen to the pauses as much as the words.

I learned the hard way at University that to beat the test focus on similar tests and ignore the source material. That said, I learned a literal TON of important things for life from studying the source material - it just wasn't useful for writing the test.

You are looking at it completely the wrong way. The solution is not to find a good day and copy it - it is to find examples of other people who beat chronic pain and copy them.

It various a lot depending on city size and industry as well.

Irony: 28 minute video to explain to us we should spend less time on screens. Double Irony: It was worth it, nevertheless.

You need to be selective on your books. Find people you respect who are older than you, ask them what book had the biggest influence on them. Read it. Read it carefully again. Speak to them about it. Reread again a couple years later. Picking off the NT bestseller books is going to get you book that Joe Average likes to read half the first chapter of after two glasses of wine with dinner.

Fiction is great for exercising your ability to see the World through the eyes of others. It is bad for learning things that have a technical underpinning - Programming for Dummies will get you a 1000 miles further than reading Ready Player One.

Narcissists, sociopaths and similar types actively try to find your boundaries and then cross them everytime they want something unreasonable from you - normally once a week. You need to find a way out if you are involved with these monsters.

I wrote this after watching the first minute. Dr K literally talks about this the rest of the video. Lol.

They should be conscientious people. Helping that ambitious blowhard ahole get ahead is just asking to get 'scorpioned' - referring to the Russian folk tale of the frog and scorpion.
