  2. Newer generation Tesla batteries will last several times longer. The only issue I see is that Powerwall style batteries cost a lot so the Solar Panals need to be at your workplace rather than at home. The vehcile will last 50 years with minimal maintenance.

  3. It is all creative accounting. They will say for example that "Today green energy made 10GW and fossil 5GW, therefore we are 66% green". What they don't tell you was that 80% of the green energy was overproduction during the middle of the day so the real ratio is 14% green. This is just an example, they can spin it a hundred different ways because they can sit all day thinking how to deceive you and you have limited resources to try and penetrate the lies.

  4. That is why VW, GM, Toyota and Ford are not investing - they are making zero profits on ICE and -100% margin on their EVs. Take a look at their stock prices - they seem to be circling the drain.
