  3. If I do a water fast or cleanse my anxiety evaporates. But it never lasts. It comes back, perhaps milder. Fear can be a faithful tool (when the danger is real) or a disability (when the danger is not real).

  4. There are videos on your channel that would be personally useful to me - especially the Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly stuff. Please consider deleting certain videos you want off your conscience and leaving others that are useful.
