  1. INCORRECT. definitions of words are not based on instantaneous consensus. words already have meanings. you must check the etymology to be sure what what those meanings are. "language changes tho!"... yes, it changes bit by bit over time. it doesn't flip a 180 overnight, nor does a word just suddenly mean whatever a group of people agree it means. otherwise you could sit here all day and redefine each word you use one by one and never get to the ACTUALL discussion. words have genealogy just like we do. etymology. always check it and adhere to it. the little "project tower of babel" the think tanks are pushing via postmodernist social media trolls.. is DONE FOR. we're not buying.
