  2. True, but it should also be said that there are a zillian unsung and unknown Rock stars. The music industry just puts a bunch of nepo babies up there and only allows so many, so that they can use the scarcity of performers to pack out huge stadiums and make a bunch of money all at once. A lot of the people placed in that celebrity role are total hacks just sitting there pretending they're right there on music. When they have a whole team doing that and everything else for them. It's pathetic. We are in a particularly lame time in music where there are no bands on the radio. There are not so many local famous bands as there was 15 years ago. It's time to bring that back and stop being so damn lame.
